Overview
Our returns policy lasts 90 days. Should your item be faulty you can return your item for a refund or an exchange, within the first 90 days after purchasing.
Your item is not eligible for return if it meets with one of the following criteria:
- The Blank Gun has been dry-fired* (see below description)
- The Blank Gun has been opened, repaired, tampered with or modified.
- The Blank Gun has been damaged, scratched or defaced.
* Dry Firing is when a Blank Gun is ‘shot’ without there being a cartridge in the chamber. A dry fire could lead to serious damage and your warranty will be voided.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item is faulty or legible for return, your shipping costs will be refunded.
REFUNDS are given as a credit voucher for the store. No cash refunds are given.
